At Gulmarg Polartrek, we strive to deliver a seamless and high-quality adventure experience. However, we understand that travel plans may change, and this policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled activity or package date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing or service charges. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, safety risks, or operational constraints, Gulmarg Polartrek reserves the right to reschedule or cancel activities. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for participants who choose not to complete the activity or package after commencement.
